Last Wednesday we swapped Adobe Premiere for prosecco as we went to the World of Jsky Fashion Night. From drag queens to reality TV stars, the event was a display of high-gloss platform heels and thigh-high splits. Not only was this a showcase of the city’s most stylish; it was also a charity event to support the community activity of Forever Manchester.

The World Of Jsky Fashion Night took place at The Living Room on Deansgate, with coverage by WhiteNoise Media. Five musical performances came from Jsky himself, Tre Amici, Misha B, China Lane, and closing the event was Seann Miley Moore. Fashion brands on the catwalk were Rene K, Mirror Image Style, Hagh UK, Incarnate and Intense Clothing.

In a world where it’s ok to wear a mantlepiece clock as a necklace and where it’s not just the girls doing the contouring, Jsky takes proud centre stage. Performing his new single, the city’s prime fashionista shone as the Forever Manchester brand ambassador.

With a theme of ‘Be The Best You’, the only rule was that you felt good in your outfit. Stars from Big Brother, Love Island, Ex On The Beach mingled with beauty bloggers, press, makeup artists and models for a sold-out event to help support a charity which enables local people to do extraordinary things together.

WhiteNoise provided video coverage for the event, which included filming of red carpet arrivals, footage from the catwalk and all musical performances, with a final video provided to sum up all the best bits.

Having appeared on Channel 4 TV show ‘First Dates’, seen by over 2 million viewers, Jsky has amassed a crew of celebrity friends. He regularly supports charities through events, drawing on his high-profile pals to help generate awareness for good causes – including the MTV Staying Alive charity.
