On Thursday 26th October we attended MTV Staying Alive Foundation with Kiehl’s charity fundraiser at VIVA Manchester.

It was our second Jsky event in the space of a month, having been appointed again to handle video coverage. MTV’s Staying Alive Foundation is a donor-funded initiative that supports grassroots HIV projects around the world. Since 2015, the foundation has worked closely with luxury cosmetics brand Kiehl’s to raise awareness and funding, which this year culminated in the glittering charity fundraiser at VIVA.

Hosted by Jsky and sponsored by Phonaudio and MTV Up Energy Drink, the event saw performances from the likes of Damon Hess, Kris Evans, Kiera Weathers and Tobi Sunmola, with a charity raffle to generate donations for Staying Alive. Keen to maximise exposure for the fundraiser, which was attended by a string of TV stars including Chanelle McCleary, Jazmine Franks, boxer Anthony Crolla and Danny Beard, Jsky pulled out all the stops.

Having worked with WhiteNoise Media on his recent World of Jsky Fashion Night, he brought us along to cover the evening’s action and pull together highlights following the event.

Jsky said: “WhiteNoise was my first choice for video content for this event. Their editing, quick turnaround, style and professionalism is exactly what I needed to represent this event for the social media generation.”

Featuring interviews with guests, speakers and performers, the video captures the glitz and glamour of the fundraiser.

Lee Holdsworth, CEO of WhiteNoise Media, said: “We’re thrilled that Jsky came back to us to handle his video coverage. Not only does he work with some huge brands and famous faces at these brilliant events, but it’s also raising money for charity.”
